Our Story

ANTEX Investment Group is wholly owned by Chinese entrepreneur Mr. Qian Anhua. The group's journey began in September 2017 with the establishment of ANTEX Textile PLC in Adama Industrial Park, Ethiopia – a $100+ million, 72,000m² advanced manufacturing facility employing over 4,500 people, producing over 30,000 garments daily for international brands.

Having proven our ability to build, manage, and scale large industrial operations in Ethiopia, we are now applying that same discipline – combined with Chinese engineering capital, technology, and world-class construction expertise – to co-develop strategic infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030.

Mr. Qian Anhua is a Chinese entrepreneur with decades of experience in international trade, manufacturing, and infrastructure development. He founded ANTEX Textile PLC in Ethiopia in 2017, building it into a $100+ million enterprise employing over 4,500 people. Under his leadership, the group is now expanding into Saudi Arabia's mega-infrastructure sector, partnering with national champions including NHC, SAUDIA, Saudi Aramco, RETAL, and SAR. Mr. Qian's vision is to bridge Chinese engineering excellence with Saudi development needs, creating lasting value for both nations.

Who We Are?

Antex Textile PLC is a premier garment and textile manufacturer, established in September 2017 within the Adama Industrial Park—Ethiopia’s flagship industrial hub. As a 100% Ethiopian-owned enterprise under the leadership of Mr. Qihan Anuha, we have invested over $45 million to build a vertically integrated manufacturing operation that combines advanced automation with skilled local talent.

Our 72,000 square meter facility operates at scale, producing over 30,000 garments daily with capacity expanding to 40,000 units in 2024. We specialize in high-quality apparel production, managing the entire workflow from fabric inspection and automated cutting to sewing, embroidery, printing, and finished goods packaging.

We are committed to sustainable growth, workforce development, and operational excellence. Our strategic location—80 kilometers from Addis Ababa on the main corridor to Djibouti Seaport—ensures efficient logistics, while our on-site health clinic and skilled workforce of over 4,500 employees reflect our dedication to people and community.
